Creating a detailed inventory traditionally requires someone to identify every item, name it, describe it, and assign the correct category.

One person may record “Dining Chair,” another “Wooden chair,” and a third simply “Chair 1.”

If the Mono iOS app is installed, the link opens it there. Otherwise, the same inspection opens directly in the mobile browser with the same interface and functionality. Android support is coming in August.
The inspection can therefore be completed on the agent’s device, the tenant’s phone, or another suitable device already available.
There is no checklist to print, PDF to annotate, or internal spreadsheet to explain.
