Delete Your Mono Account

How to Request Deletion

• In the app: Settings → Security → "Delete sign-in account"
• Or email hello@checkmono.com from your registered email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What We Delete

• Your account: name, email and sign-in credentials
• Your properties, items, spaces and photos
• Your inventory data and app settings
• LogRocket session recordings linked to your account

What We Keep, and for How Long

• Signed inspection reports and their evidence: a signed report also belongs to the other party, so a copy is retained for 10 years, then deleted. This includes the photos, notes, signature, geolocation and IP address recorded at signing.
• Purchase records via Google Play: retained as long as tax law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.

Deleting Some Data Only

You can delete individual properties, items and inspections in the app without deleting your account.
